Our kittens can join their families at approximately 10-12 weeks of age. They are CFA registered. They will come to you vet checked, with age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and will be litter box trained. We adore our kittens so they will come to you hugged, kissed, spoiled, and absolutely loved!
We run a PKD/FIV/FELV negative cattery.
Our longhair kittens (Persians, Himalayans, Exotic Longhair) are priced at $1200.
Our Exotic Shorthair Kittens are priced at $1400.
To reserve a kitten you will need to send a $200 deposit. For the deposit we accept Zelle or Venmo. That will go towards the full price of adopting a kitten. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are transferable between kittens. We ask for deposits to make sure you are serious about taking home your kitten. When you pick up your kitten, the remaining amount will be due in CASH ONLY.
We don’t spay/neuter our kittens before they come home to you because there are too many complications with surgery at such a young age. After purchasing one of our kittens, check with your vet to see when would be the appropriate time to spay/neuter your new kitten. When purchasing one of or kittens, you agree to spay/neuter them at the appropriate age NO EXCEPTIONS. Once you provide us with proof of spay/neuter we can mail you the CFA paperwork.
We do not ship/deliver our kittens so you would have to pick them up from our cattery. If you are out of state we can meet you or your pet nanny at DIA for kitten pickup.
When bringing home your new kitten it’s VERY important that you keep the new kitten isolated from any other pets for a period of 2 weeks. You want to keep both your existing and new pets safe. Keeping them in a separate room will help you see if the kitten is eating properly and will help the kitten have a smooth transition to their new litter box.

Breeding rights can be available to approved homes on select kittens for an additional cost.
We do not offer stud services.
Extended Stay Policy: If a family is unable to bring home their reserved kitten by 12 weeks of age due to travel, vacation, or other reasons, we’re happy to continue caring for the kitten. However, a boarding fee of $50 per week will apply for any time beyond the 12 week mark.
